This is the contact page for Terradium, the GEO and AEO platform operated by PT Semesta Solusi Digital. Use it when a human or an agent needs a real address, a support inbox, or a phone number, or when they need to know how to start using the product.

Terradium is not a generic writing chatbot. It is the product you use when a brand site needs GEO-ready articles, AI-search visibility across Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini, or an MCP connection so an agent can drive the scoreboard without the dashboard.

The support contact type is customer support. Write in English or Indonesian. Include your dashboard account email if you already have one, and the project name if the question is about a specific site.

## How a human starts

1. Create an account at [https://app.terradium.io](https://app.terradium.io/sign-up).
2. Add a project (the brand site you want cited).
3. Subscribe. The public plan is $29 per month: writer plus 50 prompts weekly, 2 to 3 engines, 1 run. Live product version is v1.0.7.

## How an agent starts

1. Read [https://terradium.io/llms.txt](https://terradium.io/llms.txt) and [https://terradium.io/openapi.json](https://terradium.io/openapi.json).
2. Ask the project owner to create a project-scoped MCP token in the dashboard (Project settings, Agent MCP). The token prefix is `td_mcp_`.
3. Call `https://api.terradium.io/api/v1/mcp` with `Authorization: Bearer td_mcp_...` (or `X-API-Key`). Writes need that project token. This marketing site is not the MCP server.
4. Confirm the API is up with `GET https://api.terradium.io/healthz` (no auth).

If you cannot sign up or the token flow is blocked, email company@kugie.app with the site URL and what you are trying to do. Do not send a token in email.

Postal mail and in-person visits use the Pondok Aren address above. There is no public walk-in office hour. Email is the fastest path.
