Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the Terradium subscription (a single $29/month plan).
1. Subscription billing
Terradium is billed as a recurring $29/month subscription through our payment processor, Polar. Each billing period grants a quota of 30 content generations, which resets at the start of the next period. Unused generations do not roll over.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or the Polar customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not charge you again after cancellation.
3. Refunds
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, since each period grants immediate access to the full generation quota.
- If you were charged in error, or experienced a billing issue that prevented you from using the Service, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund in good faith.
- Where required by applicable consumer law, statutory refund and withdrawal rights continue to apply and are not limited by this policy.
4. How to request a refund
Email legal@kugie.app with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days.
