Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Terradium you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Terradium helps you write content built to be cited by AI engines, measures where you appear across AI answers, and — through the Embed SDK — helps you attribute which visitors arrived from an AI answer. AI Visibility metrics are produced by sampling AI engines and are directional trends, not guaranteed placements. Terradium is evolving; features may change, and some capabilities described on our website may still be in development.

Authentication is handled through our identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for the activity under your account, and for any API keys you issue.

You agree not to use Terradium to:

• Generate or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that misrepresents authorship in violation of any platform's policies.
• Install the Embed SDK on a website you do not operate or are not authorized to instrument, or use it to collect data from visitors without the consent your jurisdiction requires.
• Attempt to manipulate, spam, or abuse AI engines, search engines, or their guidelines.
• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service.

You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, and for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you distribute it to.

You retain ownership of the projects, content, and configuration you load into Terradium. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. With respect to the Embed SDK:

• You are the data controller for the visitor events the embed collects on your site; Terradium is your processor, on the terms of the Data Processing Addendum at /dpa.
• You are responsible for posting an accurate privacy notice on your site and for obtaining any consent your visitors are entitled to before the embed collects attribution or survey data.
• You must keep your API keys confidential and rotate them if exposed; you are responsible for usage under your keys.

The Service depends on third parties — including AI model providers (via OpenRouter), Google (Search Console and AI surfaces), Clerk, Polar, Resend, and Cloudflare. Their availability, output, rate limits, and policies are outside our control and may affect the Service, including AI-visibility sampling results.

Content and metrics are produced with the help of AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish it. AI Visibility figures are sampled estimates and may not reflect every query or moment. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Terradium is offered as a single recurring subscription billed through Polar, with periodic generation and sample-run quotas. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terradium and PT. Semesta Solusi Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on generated content or AI-visibility metrics. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Terradium, Kugie, and PT. Semesta Solusi Digital harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, the content you publish, your deployment of the Embed SDK, or your breach of these Terms — including claims by your website visitors related to data the embed collects.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
