Newsroom
The newsroom lets your team write in Terradium alongside the agents. People start and edit articles in a shared editor. Agents suggest changes that a person accepts or rejects, and nothing an agent proposes changes an article until someone says yes. Articles move from idea to published on a board, against a daily publishing rhythm.
Invite your team
Go to Settings → Team, enter an email address and pick a role:
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including the team, billing, API keys and integrations. This is the account holder. |
| Editor | Write, review and approve, publish and schedule, run generations, manage plans. |
| Writer | Write and edit articles, ask agents, comment, request review. |
The invitee gets an email with a link. If email isn't set up, copy the link from the page and send it yourself. The link works for 14 days, and only for the address it was sent to.
Teammates work in your projects and use your plan's generations. They never see your billing, API keys, MCP tokens or integrations. Anyone who belongs to more than one workspace switches between them at the top of the sidebar.
Write an article
Click New article on the Content page. A blank article opens in the editor. Writing is free: only Generate with agent, which runs the full research and writing pipeline, uses a generation credit.
The editor saves as you type. Select text to format it, ask an agent about it or comment on it. Press + on an empty line to add headings, lists, quotes or tables. The code button switches to plain markdown.
If someone else saves while you're editing, the editor stops and asks whether to load their version or keep yours. It never silently overwrites either. History lists every version, whether a person or an agent wrote it, and restores any of them.
The featured image sits at the top of the article, where it appears on the published post. Hover it to Replace or Remove it. Uploads are free, up to 500KB as JPEG, PNG or WebP. Generate appears when the project has AI images turned on and uses a generation credit, so writers don't see it.
To delete an article, press the bin icon in the toolbar. This deletes it for the whole workspace and can't be undone; deleting a scheduled article also cancels its publish. A live article has to be unpublished before it can be deleted. Writers can't delete articles.
Work with agents
Agents work through suggestions:
- Ask agent. Select text, open Ask agent and pick an instruction (tighten, add a cited source, answer the target question directly, match the brand voice) or write your own.
- The composer. Use it at the bottom of the Agents tab to ask about the whole article, for example "make the intro answer the question in one sentence".
- @agent in a comment. The agent replies in the thread, and adds a suggestion if you asked for a change.
A suggestion shows in the article as struck-through text with the proposed replacement under it, and as a card in the Agents tab. Accept applies it as a new version under your name. Reject dismisses it. If someone rewrites that passage before you decide, the suggestion is marked stale.
Agent work in the editor uses no generation credit. Each workspace can make 200 agent requests a day.
Review and approve
When a draft is ready, click Request review. The owner and editors are notified. An editor then either:
- clicks Approve, which approves the version they're reading, or
- clicks Request changes, which sends the article back with a note in its comments.
Editing an approved article sends it back to review, because the approval covered the earlier version.
Publish and schedule
Click Publish in the editor to open the publish sheet. Check the URL, SEO title, meta description and featured image, then choose when:
- Now publishes immediately.
- Daily slot uses the next day that still has room in your publishing rhythm.
- Custom lets you pick any future time.
The Ready to publish checklist must pass first:
- Required: a title, at least 300 words, no open suggestions and a free URL.
- Warnings only: approval, the meta description length, the featured image and the target keyword in the title.
Writers can't publish. A scheduled article can be unscheduled or rescheduled from the editor.
The board and the calendar
The Content page has three views:
- Board has a column each for Ideas, Drafting, In review and Scheduled. A card shows its assignee, its due day, and whether an agent is working on it.
- Calendar shows two weeks at a time. Each day still short of your daily target shows an Open slot. Click it to start a draft due that day.
- List is the full library, with search.
This week at the top of the board shows how many of the week's daily slots are filled. Set the rhythm (articles per day, slot time and timezone) with the settings button next to it.
Assign an article and set its due day in the editor's Brief tab.
What your plans will write
Days an active editorial plan covers aren't open: the calendar shows the plan's article on its day, marked Agent writes, with the time the agent starts and what happens after (drafted for your review, or published if auto-publish is on). Click it to open the plan. Once the agent starts, the article itself takes its place on that day.
Only days nothing covers show Open slot, and Daily slot in the publish panel skips days a plan has claimed. If your subscription has lapsed, planned articles show Plan paused: nothing is written until it's renewed, so those days count as open again.
